Andy has over 14 years of experience in architecture with a focus in multifamily. An exuberant and committed designer he values the client relationship as the means to understanding the true needs of a project.
Randall Pink is apparently his nickname, but we’ve never called him that.
Instead we look to the regal aye-aye to represent our beloved “Randall”; a long fingered lemur with teeth that never stop growing. Whether it’s a nightmare or a dream is unclear but like the aye-aye, Andy thrives in darkness and is a testament to the wonders of evolution.
How do the teeth relate to architecture?
They don’t but we’re keeping him humble. When he’s not hanging in the trees in in the sweet, sweet darkness Andy really enjoys working on restaurant and hospitality projects. Probably in the hopes he can snag a few meals so he won’t have to do so much percussive foraging.
But is he talented?
Well apparently his strongest talent is catching things off counters. But when it comes to buildings, your boy knows what’s up. His approach to any project starts with gathering as much background information as he can and getting in a site visit if possible. Once he has a strong understanding of the area, he then works with clients to understand their true needs in order to create a plan that best represents the needs of the space and client.
Does he have a life outside the trees?
Nope. Because when he’s not in the office or the depths of the jungle, he’s camping. Or golfing. Which is basically just walking in an empty forest if you ask us.
So like, what now?
Well if you wanna talk shop Andy is available at all hours. Usually we’re a 9 to 5 kind of vibe, but our guy’s nocturnal and if he’s not swapping tree bugs for taco bell then we’re sure he’d love a 3am chat to go through construction docs with you. Just watch out he might claw you if he’s in a mood.
