Concordia Dining Hall

Portland, OR // 2013

We partnered with university operators to remodel their existing dining hall into something that would create an environment for students to thrive, something more than a “fuel-and-go” cafeteria. We began by looking at a restaurant model, complete with a lounge and private dining areas. This multi-function, yet simple, space has transformed the campus and provided a functional student union; a hub where students can meet, study, and socialize.
