Located in an industrial suburb of SE Seattle, this 3,500 SF abandoned Mexican restaurant was rehabilitated into a THC extract soda production facility. Scope included a complete exterior re-skin and reroof, seismic retrofit, and full interior buildout with a brand new slab, walls and finishes at FDA food-production facility standards.
