Erickson Farms Retail Center

Clark County, WA // 2016

Erickson Farms is a 3.2 acre site in Clark County, WA where we developed a concept to construction of six retail shell buildings ranging in size from a 2,500 square foot drive-through to a 12,000 square foot inline retail space. This was the developers first foray into commercial construction, and were able to take a more hands on approach in guiding them through the process.

The project required a large amount of site planning prior to handoff to the Civil Engineer and we built out 95% of the initial tenant improvements for the development team. Several of the buildings were site adapted for tenants including a 6,000 square foot Mexican restaurant and banquet facility, 6,000 square foot daycare and drive-through coffee house. It was challenging but very fulfilling to work with so many different business types and small business owners to get them the right interior fit out. Tenant Improvement projects included Grapes & Growlers, Starcycle, Red Barn Coffee, Los Potrillos, Thai Bistro, Arktana Clothing, Academy Mortgage, Windermere Real Estate, Affinity Fitness, JoJo & CoCo, Edward Jones, and others
