Modern Times: The Belmont Fermentorium

The Modern Times Brewing expansion project located on 600 SE Belmont consisted of a 20,000 sqft full seismic structural and shell upgrade for a new tap room, restaurant, and roof deck for the San Diego based Modern Times Brewing. 

The downstairs high ceiling exposed beam space, features a bar with 34 taps, new kitchen, merchandising space, elevator, new bathrooms, a new artful staircase to the Sky Lounge roof deck, and aesthetically pleasing art interiors which highlight a floor to ceiling image of Randy “Macho Man” Savage made entirely of piñata fringe.  The 2nd floor roof space known as the Sky Lounge comes with more taps, new restrooms, gas firepits, heaters, and merchandising station.
