We mentioned we like breweries right? We had the pleasure of working on a second location for the Modern Times team, The House of Perpetual Refreshment, located in downtown Oakland, CA. A tenant improvement project consisting of a 4,300 sqft upgrade which was complemented by a whimsically colorful interior landscape created by the breweries in house art director; there’s no way you don’t leave feeling bright after a brew here.
