Pioneer Vista Apartments

This apartment community is comprised of 109 units spread across five unique, 3 story garden - style buildings, all focused around a central clubhouse and pool facility.

We worked closely with the civil engineer and client to develop a unit mx and building layout that would provide for the most efficient use of the site, allow for the repetition of design elements, but also maintain an aspect of uniqueness for each building. In keeping with being a good neighbor, consideration was given to the massing and scale of the buildings where the project site abuts a single-family residential neighborhood. Here, the site entrance is flanked by a single story clubhouse with associated open spaces and a 2-story wing of a building to reduce the overall scale upon approach.
