More hotels please. Because more hotels mean more vacations right? Staybridge Cherry is a 55,000 sqft five-story hotel located in Hillsboro, OR constructed with four stories of wood over a concrete post-tension deck. Really, we’ve just been wanting to throw “concrete post-tension” into a sentence and this felt like the right time.

As a hospitality space, elemental finishes were thoughtfully chosen with the guest experience in mind. The exterior cladding is a mix of natural wood at entrances and patios for warmth, and stucco and metal accent bands. The building will also have a tuck-under garage for ease of parking.
