Willow Creek

Willow Creek is an apartment complex located just outside of Portland, OR. The project consisted of two buildings. THe first, an update to the existing leasing office and clubroom building with modern amenities, finished restrooms as well as a new expanded pool deck with fob access.

The second building was an adaptive reuse of an existing small fitness and laundry facility into a modern fitness and yoga studio amenity space for the apartment complex. We also infilled an old, tired pool to create an outdoor recreation space updated with an accessible access retrofit and a package locker system. The project was completed in 2019 and the end result was a refreshed, multipurpose space that current and future tenants will be able to engage and utilize for years to come.
